South L.A.-AYSO Region 1031 2006/07 Rules   “Region 1031 operates under the AYSO National By-Laws, National, Section 1, Area 1-P Rules & Regulations and the AYSO Standard Regional Guidelines.  Region 1031 has adopted these additional Rules and Regulations,  that will prevail in case of conflict with any of the above.”   "La región 1031 opera debajo los Estatutos Nacionales de AYSO, el Nacional, Secciona 1, Área 1-P Manda & Regulaciones y las Directivas Regionales Estándares de AYSO.  La región 1031 ha adoptado estas Regulaciones y Reglas adicionales, que predominarán en el supuesto del conflicto con cualquier del arriba   1. Rule #1 is to have FUN, It’s for the Children. La regla #1 es DIVERSION, para los Niños. 2. Rule #2 is never forget rule #1. La regla #2 es nunca olvidar regla #1. 3. Children with disabilities will be referred to AYSO’s V.I.P. program1 - (800) 872-1976. Los niños con incapacidades se referirán al programa V.I.P. de AYSO    1 - (800) 872-1976. 4.  Referees and Coaches are required to complete formal training for certification. (ningunas excepciones a esta regla) 8.  Player substitutions will take place at the end of each “quarter”  (exceptions: injuries or fatigued).  A quarter is defined as approximately half way through each half at a normal stoppage of play. Para la seguridad de todos los participantes, los jugadores agresivos están sujetos al retiramiento de la Región 1031. 16.  Players not properly dressed:  Improper dress may include but not limited to: missing shin guards, wearing jewelry, shirt out of pants and the wearing of hats during play, etc.  Players found in violation of this rule must, with the Referee’s permission, leave the game to correct the situation.  The player may return to the game after stoppage of the ball and the permission of the Referee.  Note: the team short a player can not substitute another player while the situation is being corrected.
